Jansen Mayor

Asia Regional Technical Advisor for Monitoring & Evaluation

Jansen Mayor oversees monitoring & evaluation for Corus International projects in the Asia region. He also serves as guest faculty of the Public Management Development Program (PMDP), a postgraduate curriculum for mid-level government managers, part of the career executive service development program of the Philippine government. PMDP is offered by the Development Academy of the Philippines, where he also delivers courses on project management and M&E.

He was formerly the director of M&E for the Millennium Challenge Account-Philippines, overseeing the M&E activities of the $434 million U.S. grant to the Philippines. Prior to this, he was the program manager of the British Council, managing its education projects portfolio and delivering training to teachers and teacher-trainers. Early in his career, he served as a guest lecturer on information systems at the University of the Philippines School of Library and Information Science.

His areas of expertise are project management, M&E, user-centric design principles, web usability, qualitative research methods, quantitative research methods and adult learning principles.

Jansen is based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
